Lochness Design shell

I need your help - tell me your opinions about my newest paintjob. It's one of my first more advanced shells but want to know from other what I have to improve on next. (I know that photos aren't best quality)

Cant open attachments. First shell on this doesnt have a Lochness monster on, looks like a Pokeman.

Well it was copied from animated gif avatar I found somewhere. I don't think it was done by Pokeman :D Hope you like new one more.
