New body for ZX5 from Proline

Some of you may prefer this to the stock shell range from Kyosho .... personally I don't but FYI...

side view looks like a b44/d4 just going down the same route i spose

Sabben 17-06-2008 08:51 PM

Looks quite cool, but I think the Vulcan body is the hottest:)

do all cars have to look the same nowadays:thumbdown:think i'll stick with the bullet.

bigred5765 17-06-2008 09:12 PM

bj4 b44 wanabee lmao

Billthemina 17-06-2008 09:38 PM

err that sucks :wtf:
thats just a b44/bj4 shell :eh?:

RogerM 17-06-2008 09:55 PM

Glad I'm not alone.

I personally prefer the LAB03 SP kit shell ..... the LAB02 "Bullet" is what Kyosho ran at the worlds ..... similar to the LAB03 but without the some of the bumps.

Do you think it would fit a KMC chassis ZX-5?

My bullet shell is getting a bit tired so was looking for another........

RogerM 18-06-2008 11:32 AM

Should do, fits to stock body mounting points by the looks of it

Hog 18-06-2008 11:42 AM

I was thinking more towards having enough room for a mid position motor and a Novak GTB with a fan on up front too.

This was originally a B44 body. Now they are marketing it for ZX5?

Hog 18-06-2008 01:30 PM

So what does the Vulcan body look like - anyone got a link?

RogerM 18-06-2008 05:35 PM

It's in my first post above

Hog 19-06-2008 08:00 AM

You mean the Vortex body is the Vulcan body Roger?

Sabben 19-06-2008 08:55 AM

I believe so too.

I'll buck the trend here and say I think the Proline shell looks ok, sure the SP shell is nicer and thats what I'll probably get in the next couple of months... either that or one of the Azarashi ones, although I suspect its Jimmys paint jobs that make them look awesome and my efforts will be pretty shabby!
