body shell question
 

hi which is best a ABS shell or a lexan shell as im looking for a new shell for my Dave

Abs are stronger but heavy, you paint these on the out side, lean shells are light, and painted on the inside, tip wash them with soapy water, dry use a Brillo pad to lightly scratch the inside then clean again, this helps the paint to sick, tip buy some shoe goo from eBay and rub around the inside where the arches are, bumper etc all the bits that tend to brake of or crack, lean for me are much better.

If it is for circuit racing, for me it has to be lexan.
