Batley this sunday

Hi guys, me & a couple of mates are going to have a run up to the Batley indoor club meeting this Sunday, couple of questions.
What surface do you run & what tyres we need?
Is there a canteen at the sports hall?

Cheers

Pete

Hi mate,

We run on a multi surface track. Polished floor, carpet, crash mats, wooden jumps etc.

Most people run yellow schumacher minipins.

No canteen, so best off bringing your own food. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks, but no hot food available.

Hope to see you there.

Craig.

Cheers Craig

Hopefully about 4 of us will have a trip up then.
Look forward to it.

Yellow mini-spikes actually tend to be more popular than pins. Either way, its largely down to preference, and I don't think there is a huge difference between the two.

I really need to get myself over to this as not raced now for ages. Suspect it will be after Xmas now though, maybe 6th Jan!

Hi Dan

Good meeting on Sunday - 50 drivers in total at the meeting. The change of hall seems to be working well

Will be good to see you again Dan - not seen you for while.

Next club meeting is 16 December 2012 but we are also having a meeting on 30 December 2012 - a meeting with a difference.

John Price is putting some details out for it - you can even build a caravan for your car to pull in a fun event.

If you cannot attend either of these meetings - look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Regards
Dianne

Think I've got a pass out for tomorrow, just checking the meeting is still on?

Also with the club website being down, could I have the postcode and what time should I aim to get there?

Dan
