To anyone local to the track venue or a club official:

How's the area after all the rain we've had? Is the track and car park going to be OK for Sunday, especially as we have rain forecast for all day (and night) on Saturday?

I have been told the track is ok, with just some standing water in the banked corner section, that will not be used tomorrow anyway.

Meeting is still going ahead although we are expecting heavy over night rain, the team will be there early to clear any standing water , forecast for tomorrow looking dry.

Track is being cleared of the standing water and should be race able by 9am

Thanks to everyone that helped put the meeting on yesterday. Considering the amount of rain we have had recently the track stood up well and produced a lot of grip even in the wet. Once the wind died down it was a nice day. Like the new jumps that have been added since my last visit.

+1 to that, thanks for all the hard work clearing the track. The sun came out early on and made for a great day of racing.

I enjoyed the new jumps, although I did wimp out and take them as 3 singles all day. Might have to get braver in the dry I guess.
