Australian vintage friends, BORMAC and others!

I'm coming to visit some friends in Sydney (via Perth) in July and my Mrs has said I can attend a race if there are any happening (maybe 2 but that could be pushing things).....should I bring one of my vintage buggies? Or even my ZX5-FS?

Would be great to meet some of you after all these years on the forums and have a race with our old girls (the cars, not the wives).

It'd be great to see you. At our castle hill track in Sydney we often hold vintage classes on our regular club days, we normally have people willing to run 2wd and 4wd with 540 motors and trucks with open motor

Castle hill is a very vintage friendly track, we hold an annual vintage festival each year and an enduro also

Excellent! Hey do you know my mate Jason Lowe? We're visiting him and his family....unsure if it's Ryde or Castle Hill he races at? Last time I was there Ray Wood invited us to his place for dinner which was great...he had loads of vintage stuff!

Great news on hearing that you making it down under.

There are 3 really good clubs around Sydney- Ryde, St Ives and Castle Hill. You'll no doubt find a race meet or three while you are here.

I live a state away up on the sunny Gold Coast now days so I won't be around down there.
