Cat SX spur stripping?
 

As title says, I keep stripping the spur gear, twice in one night infact an previous club meet the week before. Before I buy new spur shaft, bearings an gearbox to try an solve the problem has anyone got any ideas before hand?

layshaft bearings

I had to replace my layshaft and bearings. The layshaft was just a little off and it stripped my spur gears all the time. Just take it out and roll it on a flat surface and you should be able to see if it is warped.
