Grass Setup

Hi all, i'm new to the D4

Anyone got a good base grass setup please?

Have standard springs, HP White and Red.

Am I right in thinking some people use Losi springs? I have some but not all.

Thanks

Jim

im racing mine on grass (the car feels really good at the moment) but im a spanner at car setup so i wont try and give advice.

im sure one of the fast boys will be along soon to give advice, if not the hb website has setups.

hb springs work well for me, haven't tried losi yet

Sorry for the slow response....

The set-ups that are posted work pretty well on grass.
Recently i've also started to run 3 hole pistons all-round after one of our local guys tried it and kicked my butt.

I ran the same spring/oil/ Chassis set-up but ran the following pistons:

Front: 2x1.3mm hole + 1x1.2mm hole
Rear: 2x1.4mm hole + 1x1.3mm hole

This is how I've had the car for the last 3 meetings and it's made a big improvement over the rough stuff. Makes the car much more forgiving and less snatchy.
