tamiya vanquish wanted
Hi. Im after a vanquish runner. No shelf queens thanks!
no radio gear or motors/esc required. I am also looking for advice on running these avante based cars. I was thinking around the 10.5 t motor. I had a vanquish when i was about 11 years old. I really want another! Any help about these cars would be very helpful. |
Have you looked at these?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TAMIYA-580...item337d579f46 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TAMIYA-580...item43b51e8ae9 The only thing I would say to going brushless is that the transmission will suffer especially as the tamiya models tend to not have a slipper. I don't know whether one was available as a hop up but if it was I would suggest getting one. |
Im probably going to bid on the black bodied one!
I am hoping a vintage collector has car/parts better for running than shelf. I am a bit careful about buying now though. I bought an avante a couple of yeara ago and it was just acollection of worn out parts. Thanks for the links though!!!!! |
The black bodied one is being sold by the co owner of iconic rc & is a mate of mine, his stuff is always excellent so you wont be disappointed if you end up the winner :D
