Rear camber link on tower

Just wondering how much people have been spacing the inner ball stud out on the rear tower camber link?
2mm looks about right or have people been using more?

I started off with 2mm spacers, car felt a little unstable on the rear. Am now running no spacers and it improved the rear end so much.
