Most shops sell them. Ballistic make them but do not sell, DMS are the sole distributors to the shops.

And mini pins or mini spikes (1/10 2wd buggy for rear) with damp or wet astro?

I would say Mini Spikes as Mini Pins are more for indoor use. I use Ballistic Buggy Greens for Dry/Damp astro and Pinks for Wet, Greens with regular Soft inserts and Mr O Chubby inserts for the Pinks.

Mini pins or mini spikes depends upon the pile in the astro. Most places I have gone to so far outdoors run the spikes and I have only every needed the mini pins when I went to Belgium. Best thing to do is ask at the track you are going to.

Ballistic Buggy's own medium insert is quite "chubby" and ideal in all of their spike tyres too, as has been used by several of the UK's top drivers this season...

As said above typically "spikes" in the moist conditions (greens and pinsk when damp/wet and whites in the dry), "minipins" can be used on dry high grip astro too.
