As I am new to off road what combo of mini spikes and inserts
Are best

On the front low profile staggers or cut staggers in yellow compound, no insert.

Rear, mini spike or mini pin depending on the surface/handling your after, again yellow compound. Inserts, loads of choice but I use schumacher tubby green inserts or the core red moulded insert from schumacher.

Answer Rc foams, Mr O inserts are good too.

Choice is yours but I normally buy what my local shop uses and races with.

Carpet
Front, low profile stagger/low profile cut staggers yellow- no inserts
Rear, yellow minipins with shuey or answer rc blue (medium) inserts.
Astro
The same just with rear yellow minispikes.
