motor wires bit exposed in mid motor on 22

I cut the body shell for mid motor, and the motor's A B C wires are bit exposed. will this cause problem if other cars rides over the exposed bit and cause shorts ?

Why are they exposed?

Do you have a pic?

As you can see the 3 wires is exposed.. do you think this will be problem ?http://i1196.photobucket.com/albums/...6/DSC_0010.jpg

nah, mine were more exposed than that.

Might be some rules about it (risk of electric shock etc) but shouldn't think you'll suddenly grind to a halt with sparks everywhere!

And fwiw, many rear motored cars are far more exposed!

They are less exposed than a 2wd running rear motor...

To be honest, they're not really that exposed - running in rear-motor configuration they're a lot more exposed and would have greater chance of being hit than that. Your sensor wire is the most exposed.
If you're worried about it, get a small piece of lexan and glue it to the body for some extra protection as a shield.
But honestly, I wouldn't be worried about it. I ran mine like that (same body, same configuration) all last winter and never had a problem. :)
