Motor & ESC for 2005 ZX-5 (stop sniggering)
 

Hi Peeps

I have completed my Kyosho Lazer collection :D (all except the ZX-S, but I think I have more chance getting hold of Kryptonite), and I've found a Hong Kong company who've just shipped me a NIB original 2005 ZX-5 that I want to shelf queen.

I was out of the scene in 2005 and don't know what stuff was available, brushless or not etc.

All I know is that the Novak GTS ESC was meant to be quite good.

Any help? Motors, servos and ESC's :p

I was running a Novak GTB with a 4.5T motor in mine.

My spare car had a checkpoint 12x2 and an MRT Vx Pro.

Bare in mind these motors were not sintered and we were running cells, so this was a lot slower than it sounds.

I think i was running IB4800 mah Nimh car was really good around Lee Martins track with Pink BB spikes.
