South Shields ZX-5 set up

Hi can anyone tell me what set up they were running on there zx-5 recently at the south shields regional? As i am still fairly new to the sport and i am trying to establish a basic knowledge of set ups to suit the track conditions.

Thanks Jonny.

ZX5 or ZX5-SP?

What is the track like (surface, tight / open, flat / jumps)?

We can probalby help get you 95% of the way from knowledge of other tracks.

Its a normal zx-5.

The track was out door and dry consisting of mainly tight corners with lots of chicanes. It was mostly flat but with some bumps and medium traction on short grass. There was a large table top which could give you a fair bit of height with some smaller jumps also.
Sorry for the not very detailed explanation.

Thanks for the quick reply, I hope this description is good enough.
Thanks.

I dont know if these pictures will help but you might be able to figure out the track conditions from them.

There is a dedicated setup thread with some links, you may find details there.

firstly would recommend fitting sp conversion kit.initially may seem a pricey bit of kit,but is well worth it if you are keeping lazer for a while.new hardware is much more forgiving than stock parts-trust me,ive ragged my sp at tracks all over the north and only broke 1 front shock mount.
