Racing 5th October - Bring Tables!

Hope you're all ready for more Friday fun :)

However, on a serious note, following more complaints about the mess made and the furniture not being put back into it's original positions, we can no longer allow pitting in the Kitchen area, nor the other rooms in the hall - as a result everyone will have to pit in the main hall.
We are sorry to be forced to do this, but we have to ensure that we are able to keep the venue.

As we have limited tables the club is looking to purchase additional tables and power leads to ensure that everyone can pit comfortably and are in discussions with the hall to ensure we are able to store them safely. In the meantime you will have to bring something with you, eg: camping or wallpaper tables.

If you have any questions about this please PM me or ask me on Friday.
Thank you. :)

Jay,

I can safely say that when I left the area by the sofas was back as when we found it with no rubbish cos I cleaned up after the "mills rabble" :p

Pete,

How's everyone gonna fit on a busy night?:eh?:
Seems track area is gonna have to shrink , to give more pitting area???

There was reason behind me and nathan using the kitchen as we get there early most weeks n help set up.no probs there.but if we turn up early and want to put up tables, like others have found we cannot set up until all the track has been laid.due to track furniture being movwd about.was there a particular area that had not been cleaned as when we left we mopped up after us.
Not moaning about cleaning up after all of us but just thought it was easier to come early to help.
