Wonder what it will be? It is such a great car already. Hopefully some diffcovers and gear diffs w metal gears. I doubt that though. Going to be very interesting never the less.

An upgrade set for a car you can't buy anymore ???

I just checked that site again, and the price is down to 185 Fr., LOL, hopefully by tomorrow it'll be down to a more reasonable price.

Had higher hopes honestly. Like included diffcovers. Those new belts won't do me any good if geardiffs are used. From 38 to 39 tooth pulleys.

Waiting to see how the new Xray car looks.

Yes, swapped drive belts=motor further in etc.

Further forward, or further back?? what will it change exactly!??

The belts on the spur pulley are swapped so in theory the motor could be moved further inboard, would make the car a little more 'reactive' I'd suggest, but not much.

no you can not

I just received my dust covers (& lipo tray) from Fredrik and with this f/r belt swap they will not fit! Some really nice bits, top level racers will get the most out of it I'm sure, but for me at the club level, I like my "old" 511 the way it is now.

Hmmm, not sure this is enough to tempt me back out of the 502....especially as there is still no word of any re-release of the 511 itself! I just wish the 502 had gear diff's....
