Novak 13.5t brushless wont turnover
 

I bought 2 novak brushless motors, i knew one didnt work but the other does and i paid £30 on ebay so i thought id ask on here if anyone knows whats wrong with it!

basically i plug it in to a rig that i know works no problem and the motor wants to turn but won't, it just turns a tiny bit and then squeals at me lol.

anyone know?
