Gear dif in TC02C

Hi,
It seems that Oliver used a gear dif in his TC02C for winning the German championship.
Anybody has an idea how he got the gear dif in?
Thanks.

Was anything done with the x2c or monkey? There were definately people doing things with the rear motor before the official mod came out.
Not sure what Oli was running as haven't seen a set up sheet yet.

if he used a gear diff it might just be the T2C. The T2C has the gear diff stock.

Hy,
he was using an AE gear diff but it need a lot of time and rebuilding to make it fit. He was using this long befor the official team C gear diff came out for the Tc2.
you can with make the team C gear diff fit the Tc2C with some little work.

the first difss we was using was a kyosho gear diff with AE outdrives, you have to work on the outdrives to make it fit but then it fits without any other changes :)

Thanks Tom,
I have the gear dif for the TC02, what do I have to "mutilate" to get it fit?
Only the outdrives or also the gear?
Thanks!

"Oliver made the Diff Housing wider. He cut of the side piece off of another housing and fit it inbetween. All the internal axles where shimmed with spacers and longer screws used. The Motor moves further to the centre which also helps the balance."
