I have just been on chat with an ebay representative. Something totally unrelated to your question but they gave me this info which may be of some use for you. That is assuming you bought something off them.


Here's how you can request the contact number of the buyer's so that you can contact them and sort out the things with them:
1. Click "Advanced Search" at the top of the eBay.co.uk homepage.
2. Click the "Find Contact Information" link on the left side of the Search page.
3. Enter the Buyer's User ID and the item number.
4. Click "Search." (You may be asked to sign in).

We'll then send you an automatic email with the Buyer's details. Please be aware that at the same time, we'll send them your contact details. We feel it maintains trust and fairness on eBay if members are aware that another member has asked for their contact information. Please Do not worry as most of the issues are resolved by open communication between the trading partner.
