File hosting sites that will host PDF set-up sheets of around 1M

Anybody recomend somewhere I can use to host my Kyosho set-ups? The files are too big for oople and the places I've found only host pics not PDF type files.

Information on where to use or where to avoid both welcomed.

rapidshare.com springs to mind although it is pretty horrible to use.

Otherwise I think it is possible to misuse gmail for this purpose as you can link to fotos and files you have received. I wouldn't run it over my regular account for safety reasons but if you create a new one it will give you something silly like 6GB worth of filespace.

Just an idea...

Either that or downsize the pdf's. Once you've filled them out you can remove all the fancy features that make them bigger. You ought to be able to get it down to 60KB or so and them you could upload them here.

How big are they? if they aren't crazy then I can host them - email them to jimmy at thisdomain.com and I'll upload them right away.

i'm not an expert on PDF files, but once they are fully edited can they not just be converted to a jpg file or something to save space?

I have found exporting to jpg from pdf degrades the file to much or this would be a good idea, then any photo sharing site would take em.

I did use mediamax, who have just become thelinkup.com, I may have lost the files they were hosting for free or they may be in the process of transfering em !

But....just replaced one on the new site, hard to navigate but got there in the end and I do not know how long it will remain free or up.

Try: www.thelinkup.com

Example: http://www.thelinkup.com/shared/ieo3cob0txh5

(dont you just wish google would host this type of thing)

Or mabey Jimmy could increase the attchment max filesize for pdf's to something greater than 19.5kb, afterall .doc gets 195.3kb and strange to me .jpeg is 19.5 but .jpg is 146.5...............or zip the pdf and get a whopping 293kb attchment.

Edit: Doh! I have just zipped a pdf and only shrank it by 15% !! no help !
