This is not working out.

Hi all.
Just got back from a club meeting tonight and to be honest what a joke. Thank you very much to the three that did turn up. Everyone wants us to build a bigger track downstairs and you all want somewhere to race this winter but at this rate it is not going to happen.
1 We can not pay the rent with these numbers and I am not paying for it out my own pocket.
2 there is no way I am going to put another 3 weeks of my time to build a track down stairs for these numbers.
3 with out your race fees not only can we not pay the rent we have no money to spend on the new track.
You can all make up your own minds on this. The numbers have to go up or we will just close the doors and forget about it.
This really is not what we expected when we managed to get this venue but o well what will be will be.

Will head over this week if you've got something on, can only do WORM or Yatton once a week as it's a 120 mile round trip sadly so will try and alternate. Don't want to lose a possible venue though Rob! FYI there were only 5 in total at Weston on Thursday despite it being the first dry night which surprised me!

I too was abit surprised when i turned up to find only you there. Hope more people do turn up as it is a good track. No setting up or putting away. Nice and close to me as well so dont have to use 1/4 tank of fuel and £6 for the bridge to get there.
On the good side i found my new wing was a LOT better than the wing i previously had on. Nice and stable at all speeds. And you can buy stuff from you there rather than the web site.

Maybe worth a try starting a website or more easily a blog, a Facebook group and getting some pictures and videos online, more than willing to help out if anyone needs a hand

We have always posted well in advance on here and on the micro forum so most know when we race.
