X-factory X6 Squared for spares/repair
 

X factory X-6 Squared for spares or repair.

In very used condition but many parts of might be of use to a current X-6 owner. My son has been running it with no real performance or reliability problems but it is worn in many places so please read before you consider buying.

Front suspension and steering is all standard B4 stuff except alloy bulkhead – no real problems.
Shocks are Associated FT threaded all round – small damage to thread on one front shock but does not effect adjustment – see picture.
Chassis is in one piece – one of the threads on the 4 battery screwholes is slightly gone – probably find a slightly larger thread screw will resolve.
Rear driveshafts are very worn.
Spur gear has slight wobble to it which I found was due to the layshaft being worn.
Diff needs rebuild.
Rear shock mount damaged and repaired – had no problems since repair.
Bodyshell is losing paint and has splits where original painter scored the bodyshell for masking purposes.

Includes a few used bits/spares as per photos.

I can’t go through every last bit on the car but you get the gist – it’s a bit worn out and tatty.
