Setups for 1st gen b4 vega

Hi

Does anyone have a good carpet setup for a 1st generation b4 vega?

Thanks

Alex

I'd go with this as a starting point:

You could go to a blue front spring if it's high grip, I'd look at getting a newer rear tower from the Gen 2 car as it has more camber link locations and will help on the set up front with the Gen 2 drivers, i.e Lee Martin , Danny McGee etc

I'll be honest, thats the way that im going to try mine indoors when i next run.

I may go up to 40 weight in the front, and potentially shorten the rear link, it just depends how much understeer it has the first time out.

Let us all know how you get on with it and then maybe we can all work together for a better setup :)

My experience shows you need a short rear link. With Gen1 I run inside on hub, outside on tower. Also, long wheelbase is a must.
The rest is pretty standard or is a matter of personal preference.
