Xb4
So the xb4 can't be far off now
I will be ordering one Seems ti be a good mix if my favorite 4wd buggys Has any one any more info on release dates Team drivers ECt Some pics and info about here and there but Si far nothing solid Could it be here by the nd of the month ? I'm hoping so |
It's all a bit quiet on the Xray front, loads of drama when the prototype car was spotted and a definite confirmation from our supplier, but nothing more than that right now...
|
It's better for all racers if manufacturers take their time and do things right from the beginning. Whining would be far worse if they officially announced their kit and pushed back the release several times or, even worse, released a faulty product and used the customers as beta testers - like AE did with the SC10...

Official! :D
|
Have a hard time deciding already between this and TRF511x ;)
|
I am no fan of 4wd, but this may tempt me to give it another go....
|
When
Where And what will it cost me I'm ready |

Price wise at a guess would be in the similar range of most other 4wd cars. You will be able to get it from rcdisco.com when it comes out or your local hobby shop. |
Sorry, no news..
Just wanted to tell that after assembling a T4 and be and been amazed by the finish and quality of the car I can't wait to see this new buggy. Going to meet some of the Xray team drivers this Saturday. Going to see if I can get some sneaky info out of them ;) |
Looks like there will be a few of the cars in operation next weekend..

...and we will hopefully get some pictures! :D
|
Spoke personally today to a high profile Xray team driver and he revelled that the XB4 will be launched early November. AND that the next project is a 2wd as well!!!
Good thing. So they don't do a Durango and come up with a 2wd three years after the 4wd. |
Sounds good! However, the cars must be very convincing to make me put my trusty Yokes on a shelf... :)
|
I believe they could be :)
For me it is enough to build one of their touring cars to be convinced. The quality is unmatched. They always look to keep the highest quality and update their cars to the latest specs. I am impressed with them anyway. Like they wont build a SC truck because they dont think it belongs in their lineup of race cars. I agree fully. Sc is silly :) |
...but very popular in the US and even in our regional race series. SC2WD Stock is our most popular class with 30 racers on average and almost 70 in total over the year. For a single off-road class in Germany, that is quite good. I wish they had never invented 10th scale touring cars and off-road was as big as it used to be...
