Remove one way bearings?

Anyone know how to remove / replace the one way bearings in a one way diff? Are they just pressed or would they be glued also?
It's a HotBodies D4 one way diff in question - I want the bearings the other way round so I can turn the gearbox upside down.

Anyone know how it can be done - or even better, want to do it for me? :woot: I don't have a vice or anything and I've tried some pliers on the bearings and that wasn't happening.

ares was glued in the loctite, warmed it up with a soldering iron and taped it out with 2-3 sharp raps,
