Apex Models GP 2012 - SHRCCC
 

The Surrey and Hants radio controlled car club have been in touch with us to provide information about their APEX GP, planned for September 16th 2012.


There is no need to pre-book or pre-pay, but places can be reserved by getting in touch with the club in advance. The entry fee is £10, and juniors race for free! Bargain at half the price...

A raffle will be held on the day, as well as a concours event, driver of the day, marshall of the day, and an award for the unluckiest driver of the day.

In the name of fun this event also sees the return of the infamous buddy race - team up with a mate to drive - one driver steers and the other throttles.

A free retro race is also on the agenda!

With Torch being closed on this day to enable their drivers to come up, I'm expecting a few to get in touch. SHRCCC are returning the favour and bring drivers to their meeting the week after.

Die to demand on places, the Short Course class has been dropped from the days proceedings. If you has entered Short Course, please contact me to book either 2wd or 4wd.
