B4 Wiring and Suitable BL Speedo`s

Hi again guys

Having just about finished my B44 im moving onto the B4 FT

Id like to use the GTB Novak again - will it fit without fouling the body ?

Has anyone got some pro wiring pictures of a completed B4 FT

Thanks !

it fits but i would recommend velcroing the shell to the chassis as ther is a slight raise, but dont worry take the fan of the top,it doesnt need it in 2wd drive

running gtb 7.5 and just touches the shell, as you know the gtb wires are about 67 miles long! so i would suggest cutting the motor wires and re-soldering,i can post pics if need be?

Here's a B4 with a GTB installed.
(I think that it's Wookies from RC10b4.com)

think thats pretty much the neatest install you can have mines that except the fan and the power cap is just floating above the battery strap,go for that mate

if you still want some then i have a set NIB that im now not using.

On mine i do not have the fan on becasue if you have geared it right then it wouldn't over-heat and I normally wouldn't run one in 2wd anyway. The power cap is placed in that little compartment beheind the speedo and is held in place with a little bit of double sided. It isn't the neatest thing in the world but it works. :)

tried that but my shell doesnt fit,!?might have to re solder longer wires onto the power cap for it to reach round as turning the gtb means my red positive lead is to short to reach, also all the connection side is on the outside and i dont really want it there as it mght be prone to water, dirt or damage?

legend please post pic of how yours is placed

someone sorted me with blue alloy caps rich d,but thanks for remembering

cheers all
