DB1 - Funny!

DB1 Conversion - £200
FS2 SP - £378
Front of RB5 - £70
Alloy hubs - £40

The look on your girlfriends face when you tell her you spent nearly £700 on a toy car! PRICELESS :)

that what put me off lol

That's really funny, most people would be surprised that you had a girlfriend.

Origineelreclamebord 11-08-2012 08:31 PM

Is your new girlfriend the DB1 or can she accept your affection for this extraordinary creation? :p

I have to say, it's a lot more money than I was expecting you'd spend on a DB1 - Is there no way for RudeBits to make a deal with Kyosho to get the bits to make an actual kit for it (instead of a conversion)?

PS: I assume you've been able to make a test run with someone else's car to base your decision on to purchase this car (when you're talking of this kind of money)?

Thanks Aiden!!

It can be done much cheaper, I bought everything brand new.
Also the hubs are not in the kit they are extra!

I must say the DB1/Kyosho FS2 SP is the nicest kit I've ever built.
The quality is 2nd too none, really happy! Tony has been a great help and really helped me the last few days!

And now theres a proper kyosho one coming

The look on the face of friends who tried it is priceless too !

Best 2wd for our euro tracks by far and an awesome team behind it too, that's a very important point in my book.

My wife is found of an Hermes bag almost as expensive as a brand new DB1, hope she's gonna buy it so I won't be
bothered about my toy cars prices anymore.

DB1 can be bought cheaper, I got the front end already and bought a good condition FS2 SP for £150 or so. Make sense
to run both DB1 and FS2 too at least regarding spare parts.

Great choice Coleman, you will love it !

So last national result not good enough?

People will do well with DB1, Vega and no doubt the RB6.

Enjoy the choice :D
