Supastox 1s or 2s?
Whats better? Supastox 1s or 2s?
|
err... depends if you want to run 1s or 2s....
What does your local club run? That would be your first port of call. I run a 1S and it's plenty quick enough for most indoor tracks with a 10.5 motor. |
1s is my choice
|
I've got a 9t motor and my club allows both?:)

you'll spend more time driving the car rather than repairing it;) |
First time I ran mine was with a borrowed 9t sensorless setup, and it was plenty quick enough. Definitely go for 1s, as you'll spend more time on track, and less time on barrier. ;)

Personally I would stick with 1s and 13.5 then ur running to brca spec. There fast enough and easy to drive at that.

Ok thanks
|
2s has a thicker chassis and will handle power better, depends on the size of the track IMO
|
I'm running 2S with a 21.5 brushless - yet to see how it goes though, fingers crossed
|
the 2s chassis was designed more for stock/ovals not circuit, 2 s is a heavier car, and the power between 1s and 2s is miminal, thats why they picked them, to be equal!
not sure its thicker material?. resale value is less as most run 1s. |
