SP v Orca
I am tangled between a speed passion v3 motor or an orcsa rx2...
Which do you prefer? Any help welcome:) Sam |
Orca Sam, had loads, never any problems. Nice well build units. That's what's in my B44.1 last night

ok thanks, cheers for a great nights racing last night, got a motor sorted then now which speedo? (cheapish)

Just remembered I have a SP3 motor in Adam's C4.1, stock motor. Think APEX had a good deal on an ESC/Motor Combo. Drop Richard a line, tell him I sent you :)

orca esc and motors all the way best I have ever drove and smoothest
and there is 8.5t orca rx2 on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1608494782...#ht_500wt_1288 |
Totally agree with ORCA...one of the best RC products to come out of Japan
|
Hey make decent whales as well!
|
Oh, they also used to produce decent (but expensive) 12" vinyl tunes...
Check out 4am by ORCA. classic old skool hardcore from '93! Quote:

orca is 1 hell of a wale
|
the big question is why is there hardly any running orca in uk as they are massive in europe
|
I would be very surprised if the ORCA and SP are made by different OEM's. While it's very possible that they are to different specs, I believe they are made in the same place.

not a re branded product and they are made in asia |
The OP's question was relating to motors, hence that's what I was referring to. I know the speedo isn't a re-badge of something else!

Yup, also made at the same OEM. As were the old GM's, and the very old Orions.
