Esprit 3

Hello Vinny I have sent you a pm about the KO Esprit 3 that you sent me but maybe you didn't get it. I have had it back from Horizon the authorised repairer for KO and it has cost me nearly £40. I would like half towards the repair as it is not my fault or yours that it arrived damaged but I'm sure you would expect the same had the 501X arrived incomplete or broken.

Regards
Stan

as much as i would like to see Vinny cough up, surely if it's damaged in transit then Royal Mail should cover it? Assuming he used insured post for such an expensive item?

No standard post. I sent the 501X recorded. I'm sure if the car had arrived with something wrong I would have been expected to sort it.

in that case definitely make him cough up. for such an expensive and delicate item he is stupid to send it standard. You made the effort to cover yours, he should have done the same.

Deffo, if he sent without insurance its sellers problem unless the buyer specifically requested cheapo postage!

Give him a chance though guys, nothing wrong with him discussing this with the buyer in private first!
