Novak Ballistik or GTB problem

Hi There

I have a Novak setup, a GTB with a Ballistic 8.5T. The proble is that the motor is heating up even if there is no throtle action at all, just standing connected to the ESC. Can somebody help me with some ideeas? I tried to swap the senzor cable but it seams to be OK.
