Durga Wheels and Tyres

I was wondering, having looked around at different tyres, what tyres fit the durga wheels? As in the size of tyres doesn't seem to be stated, so does that mean that pretty well any brand of tyres will fit any wheel?

Cheers!

They are normal 2.2 inch - so any 10th buggy race tyres will fit. Schumacher will likely need the bead trimming - but that's the same for most wheels with the Schumachers as their bead is very wide.

Nice one Jimmy, thanks.

We tend to buy tyres to suit the surface, carpet, wood, grass, astro, dirt, tarmac and of course the weather, rear tyres and front tyres, ( and even slimmer fronts for 2 wheel drive), different treads and rubbers - confused, you wait !!

Find the club/track you are going to use and buy tyres to suit.

How do you know which tyres & inserts suite a specific track best though? The different tryes presumably are harder or softer rubber, so is there a guide anywhere for such matters?

I totally see the logic of buying to suite the relevant track though, that is a good point.

Cheers!
