WOW! Long sentence!

I use bullets; male to female 3.5mm/4mm diameter.

If possible, shorten wires between components.

Some use deans plugs, but I find soldering wires to the end difficult with my crap skills!:woot:

4mm is the standard, as quite a few batteries have a 4mm holes in them.

Was hard work reading that sentence... breath!!!

Tamiya connectors won't take the load of a brushless system. They struggled on brushed mild motors.

You need 4mm 'Corally' connectors.
They are soldered on.
Make sure either the + or - battery lead is shorter than the other so you can't get them crossed up when plugging in the esc.

SP 6500 stick or saddle should have 4mm tubes in the case. You need the 4mm umbrella aka banana plug aka Corally style and use those on your esc wires.

Use a 50 watt iron. I use the 4mm female in the cell to hold the 4mm male then solder onto it. DON'T do both at the same time. Make sure one is unpluggd.
