Kampenhout GP

I am disgusted with the moral of and behaviour of some of the drivers that call themselves racers at the kampenhout GP
We drive all the way to the amazing venue that is MBV kampenhout only to have your day ruined by one driver!
Coming to lap him in qualifying and he makes it his mission to destroy my run and laughs when he has accomplished his mission.
So in the final leg of the D final I get passed him and have a race with rob rasey and he comes from no where and guess what he takes me out again, does he wait .., does he bollocks he carries on just like he did in qualifying .

Welcome to european racing etiquette! (or lack of) Best form of defence is offence, they soon back off.

Hi... Not sure if a problem with one person has to be dealt with on a public forum. Also the title of your post insinuates a meeting filled with racing incidents, which it was definately not.

This meeting is known for its relaxed atmosphere and less strict rules, which implies a bigger effort from all drivers to play it fair. You might be surprised of the effect of a little chat after cooling down first from the racing stress. Maybe that was a better option than writing your frustration here on oople.

What disgusts me a lot more, is an abandoned park where I had to drench my shoes in the mud to pick up tyre bags, empty cans, inserts and all kinds of packagings to make sure the park looks half decent again, considering the thursday night flood. I really thought the concept of garbage bags was well known by now :)

Totally agree with showtime - there is a place and time and an open foruum is not the way.

Enjoy it for what it is - toy cars and a chance to race against european drivers both good and bad. Might not like the way they drive but some are as quick if not quicker than us

Congratulations to wouter and Grant plus all other uk drivers Kev, Phil, Jon and Tony all in A main (sunday)

I've renamed the thread and edited the first post slightly. We apreciate Nick's frustration but oOple is not really about getting personal.
