Does that include 10th scale as well as i wouldn't mind having a pop down. If not to race then just to have a look at the track as i have never been down before. :)

Good to see some of you there today what did you think of the track? as the warmer weather comes it might be possible to host a few 1/10 races if your intrested.
cheers Davey

Loved it, was rather impressed at how 1/10th friendly it was, few parts are a little rough for them but not impossible, would love to race properly with 'proper' jumps like them.

DAVO 07-05-2008 10:43 PM

hi mate yes there will be open practice on this sunday again, our next propper race day is the 1st weekend in june the usual classes are 1/8 buggy and truggy but ill see Phil and see if he will add an electric class into the days racing (prob 4 heats and a final) but there would need to be about 10 electric buggys to be worth doing but ill ask if there is enough intrest

LEGEND 10-05-2008 07:58 PM

Yeah i am going down with Josh, will be having a bash with my 2wd to see how it goes. Was going to take my Pred but i haven't had the money to get it fixed yet. Lets hope that it is like it has been all week, nice and sunny.:)

LEGEND 11-05-2008 06:35 PM

Have gotten back from open practise today and all i can say is WOW. The track is amazing it is one of the best i have seen in a long time. Slightly better suited to 4wd cars than to 2wd , but i had a go of Josh's while i was there and the track itself has a few bumps here and there but the rest of it is so thought out. All of the jumps take a fair amount of skill to complete succsesfully, but once you do it doesn't half look good. :woot: All i cna say is a Job well done to those who made it and who help keep everything in order.:)

mattym0310 11-05-2008 07:05 PM

Looking at the pictures, the track looks really good! I think you should put in for a N.E regional next year! [even though it's not built for 1/10th electric] :D

josh_smaxx 11-05-2008 07:10 PM

Yep, and we got sunburn :p was proper boiling and we couldnt be bothered to put the gazebo up lol.
