Next meeting Thursday 5th July 2012
 

Hi Guys,

Looking at the weather forecast for tomorrow it's looking pretty dam wet and generally pooey!!! :thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown:

BUT

Thursday is looking dry and sunny.

After a little conflab, we are thinking of maybe running on THURSDAY this week instead of the Tuesday.

What are peoples general thoughts and idea's about this?????????

I didn't think the forecast for tues looked that bad, but thurs was def better.. Thing is I can't make thurs as picking up a sofa from Swindon!

No worries, if you decide on doing it for thurs... I'll catch up with you guys prob next tues, but maybe sunday if not too hung over!

Just seen the Beeb forecast, and despite me wanting to race I agree, I'd say thurs is the better option...

Although what are we going to do in winter?!!!:confused:

I dont mind the rain to be honest but we have the option for the Thursday each week and thus might get more drivers along which not only helps with great racing, helps the rent!.

In Winter its generally dry but cold/frosty etc etc.

Just looks really pants for this week :thumbsup:

I was planning on coming down with 3 mates, I'll keep an eye on this thread tomorrow.

If not are there any other clubs in the South that run on a Tue night??

Looks like it'll be very wet Mark and a wasted trip. We'll make a decision tonight...

Ok mate, will have to try and find somewhere in the warm, my mates back from Oz and keen to go racing!

should be racing sunday now, well the 1st half anyway! On airport taxi duty for the wife in the afternoon.............:(
