Vega Rear shock tower
Who has them in stock? I am a bit surprised they are not listed at Team Xtreme site anymore.
|
Blimey so that's a bit of a nightmare and I was looking at one.
I'd give fibre lyte a shout and I understand others are doing versions too. |
Team Xtreme have plenty, give Lewis a buzz on Monday and he will sort you out with a shock tower.
Phone number is on the website |
So why none on website?

Hi Guys,
I have only just seen this :( Just to let you know that we have been having technical problems with the website. We are in the process of changing servers etc. Due to poor service etc. I'm really sorry about this and it will be rectified asap. In the meantime please email or call us on [email protected] or 01342 458595  |
Here they are under the Vega Power category: http://www.teamxtreme.co.uk/store/in...index&cPath=16:thumbsup:
|
How about decals Yanina?
|
Are you able to post pics of the three diff towers ?
|
Have b4 towers been updated? I just broke my Vega B4 tower and it looks very brittle.
|
The B4 shares the same tower as the RB5, so this is what you'll need for your B4 :
http://www.teamxtreme.co.uk/store/in...roducts_id=410 That tower also fits the Gen 1 201 cars, the Gen 2 201 tower differs in the shock mount holes being 3mm lower to compensate for the raised gearbox :) |

Here are some pics of the two towers available, better pics to follow from Xtreme but hope this will help for now:
http://i783.photobucket.com/albums/y...g/e5c49ed9.jpg The tower on the left: This is the Tamiya Gen 2 rear tower, shock mounting holes are 3mm lower than std tower. This tower will fit other Vega chassis but will effect the droop and is best suited to the Tamiya and Gen2 Associated B4.1 The tower on the right: This is a Kyosho Gen 2 Version, more vertical camber adjustment and this will fit all the Vega range. Here is a pic with the towers on top of each other for reference: http://i783.photobucket.com/albums/y...g/415efe15.jpg |
