Ftx Vantage ith short course wheels
 

Hi guys
Just for my daughter to learn on grass field I want to put some shortcourse wheels and tyres, anyone got any ideas on wheels and tyres that fit?

Thinking about it the Carnage wheels would do I guess

I doubt it will be able to turn as the tyres will hit the chassis but if it's 12mm hex then there is quite a big choice. Sc10 4x4 (not 2wd) and Losi wheels might fit but I'd try and borrow some first or you might be wasting your money.
We race 2wd buggys on grass, it's short, which helps, try and find a place with short grass and you should be fine. I go to the dunes regularly, the rabbits keep the grass really short!

Yeah cheers for this advice, think I'll do as you suggest and try the wheels first but will also keep the buggy to short grass.

The carnage wheels fit fine on the vantage. it certainly gives it better ground clearance.
u might just to change the pinion from 23t on the vantage to 17t from the carnage.
