Ceramic thrust balls?

Anyone running them? if so whats the verdict? Also is it possible to run them in the cage?

I run them in mine. Makes a nice smooth diff but you must take the time to sand your plates and then run the diff in. I run ceramic thrust balls without the cage and have not noticed any undue effect.
