Mardave Clubmans Kit
 

Thinking about doing 12th in the Winter, local club only does Mardave G2 / 4cells cars

As a starter is the Mardave Clubmans Kit good value? :) or a bit too cheap and cheerful?

I have just bought a 'dave to race in the stock class at my local club. I was going to buy the v12 vrx but was advised to go for the banger kit as it has strenghtened parts for robustness.

Whether the clubman kit is any good depends on whether you need the radio, esc, etc.

I worked out the cost for me to get up and running was £170, that's the banger kit with esc (aka. v12 bngs kit), 3 x nimh batts, charger, bumpers and paint. I already have the radio gear.
