More Hobbywing shenanigans
Yesterday I installed and set up both HW ESCs in my car (not at the same time):

Everything else mentioned in the manual can be changed but this just doesn't come up on the screen when they say it should. I can't imagine anything is actually wrong with the ESC because everything else works as it should but it seems a bit strange, especially as this can be adjusted on the WP SC8. If anyone else has experienced this problem and knows what i'm doing wrong could they let me know? Thanks. |
I think I find that on the 150A ESC if you do not use a sensored motor then the option is not available as it relies on a sensor in the motor. I think that there should be two options for temp cutoff, one for the motor and one for the esc.
