Belgian GP
Hi guys,
I imagine there is a thread somewhere around oOple, but i'm bone idle... So, i'd like to know if anyone has heard anything about 2.4ghz not being allowed for the Belgian GP? ...and what the local bars/clubs/brothels are like by the track? |
No problem 2.4ghz authorized In Belgium

Pidge is the best one to recommend the bars, I believe he has a stalker at one of them....
There is live music and a beer tent on for Friday & Saturday night in the park, plenty of beer, and the fruit beers are freckin' gorgeous so try them.. I have just forgotten there name though, nevermind. Other than this, the night life seemed pretty none existent in the locality exept for the odd pub and restaurant, but Pidge will know more. There is a supermarket on the main road, good place to stop for supplies.... but they don't cater for British drinkers, me and Dan emptied the shelves of beer and I think we only spent £30 each... LOL. Chris |

haha. If you get a chance tryout a 'Satan' or 'Barbar' those are real Belgium beers. But make sure you're not driving after the buzz will show.:) But it its a fruit beer your after the try Lindermans Freud , maxoo , and I went to try out the new track layout last weekend.:woot: It's a very nice track. There's a licle wall-ride thingy now by the shed. I had way too much grip at first  & had to cut some off the spikes of the Front mini pins ... Was really nice. Never got close to Freud's speed but I enjoyed it. sorry ladz. couldn't make any pics of the new layout. forgot the cam & my phone  |

We have excellent lagers like Jupiler or Stella Artois. If you REALLY want to try top quality Belgian beers : try some of the Trappist monastry beers like Westmalle or Chimay. Or a Belgian classic like Duvel. Just DO NOT try it before you have to drive (1/10th or 1/1 ) |

mmm, Stella!! crazy juice
another question... it appears that schumacher yellow minipins are a popular choice, but could people post what OTHER tyres seem to work on the track? 2wd/4wd/front/rear... ps - what's the wear rate like, and what are worn tyres like on the track too? and what tyres would be suitable when it's wet (heaven forbid)? cheers all!! |
