SMD direct, FAO anyone?

i have emailed smd to order stuff but no replay on both the emails from the site, can anyone tell me if its closed down or why there has been no replay please.

I don't think SMD take order directly. What are you looking for as we have an account.

thanks for your info,s one email was website and one was with the account on ebay which i ordered stuff through on there, was hoping to get a replay on there for another item but that was 2 weeks ago now. :(
