Hp psc 2110 all in one printer problems
 
Can anyone help????

cant find my disk for the printer and have tried downloading the driver for the printer from the hp site but still cant get it to work??

when you try and print it comes up with an error message, but to quick to be able to read it!!
does anyone have any suggestions

make sure you delete the old driver and then reload it.

was going to try and find another site for downloading driver

Open control panel and printers, is the HP printer showing up? Right click it and set it to default, then try.

check the link that southwell has given or this link and run the check before you down load the driver;) Question the XP version you downloaded was it XP or XPx64?

no good didnt work:(

came up with an error box????

the print i tried is stuck in the queue??

also my keyboard has stopped producing the at symbol, so bought a new keyboard and its still doing the same thing

any ideas on that one:(

it said and i quote ( hpzeng07.exe) has encountered a problem and needs to close....

thats the error message for the printer:confused::confused:

ok the number 2 key is producing the @ sign and the @key is producing the " symbol any ideas:confused: as its a brand new microsoft keyboard???


the printer problem is seriously doing my head in, as i need to print some stuff out for work!!!!!

Urgent help needed please:(

The keyboard is set to US setting, go in via the control panel to change it back.

ok went into control panel but did not find anywhere that i can change the setting????

what am i doing wrong?

i know basics but if i dont know what im looking for im a bit stuck :lol:

Control panel-Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options- then regional and language options, set it to english UK, i think that will do it:confused: i cant find the keyboard one, it might all be integrated

yes it came up with this

hpzeng07.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close???

no not able to?

finished downloading that driver from the link ian sent early hours this morning, in hope that it would work:(

but it didnt and im getting really frustrated now
dont know what else to try??????

Have you had any problems at all while using just your pc or laptop???
I'm just trying to see if it's just a problem with the printer or your pc/laptop.
