Serpent centax clutch problems
 

Im a newbie to 1/10 touring cars I've raced many rc and currently racing 1/8 rallycross but looking in to this form of RC racing, I have a serpent with centax clutch but it doesn't seem to engage properly and only does slightly at high revs, any help would be really apreciated, thanks.
