Is there camping :woot:

jaysllim 08-03-2012 08:35 PM

N e chance there will b a ramp for wheelchairs?

millzy 08-03-2012 09:31 PM

do cows moo in the dark when no one is around

Ian F 08-03-2012 09:37 PM

Bit of a track update, we rolled it last week so it's nice and smooth, the corner jump is gone, we have planned for a wheelchair friendly rosturum which will be about 1 metre high infront of the container to still give good vision, as far as camping I will ask the land owner but can't promise anything, get yourself booked in or your excuses ready

Ian

axeman 08-03-2012 09:51 PM

Ian have you got a screen and mic ready for reg and myself to ref?

I'm happy to bring a gazzebo for the refs area I will prob pit init aswell.

If we need anything like a screen and a 10meter vga extension let me know I and i can get it ready for the event.

Can't wait Round 1 here we come!!!!!

Ian F 08-03-2012 10:05 PM

No mic or screen sorry

axeman 09-03-2012 07:47 AM

Ian can you sort the mic to your PA system out and I will bring vga lead and monitor down with us.

Ian F 09-03-2012 09:44 AM

Should be able to sort the mic

DCM 09-03-2012 09:44 AM

If it was just me coming down, I would be there, but the kids don't like being dragged out of bed early on a Sunday morning :(

millzy 09-03-2012 10:17 AM

Looking forward to this meeting. Will be my first time at Saundersfoot
Cant believe we only have few weeks before where outdoors

Ian F 09-03-2012 10:30 AM

Unless there are massive numbers I don't intend staring till 10 so no need for the mega early start

DCM 09-03-2012 10:32 AM

Will think about it Ian!! Whats the pitting situation like?

Ian F 09-03-2012 02:36 PM

Pitting should be fine if not we can put some cars out of the field to allow more space

migsy 13-03-2012 06:13 PM

wrca round 1

any updates for camping at this venue?

Ian F 13-03-2012 06:53 PM

Just take it as no camping and make travel arragements, if there is camping it will be a bonus

millzy 14-03-2012 05:22 PM

Ian, do we have any pics of the track?
Also what local in terms of food supplies...remember I travel with H and he needs constant charging and balancing- kind of like a big squishy lipo really

Dyna 14-03-2012 05:55 PM

You dont need pics Chris, just cast your mind back 15+ years.... when men were men, women were women and all decent off road tracks were grass

Long straight, nice infields, not too many man made obstacles, high rostrum, good views, excellent track. Thats all you need to know. In fact, it will be right up your street i reckon, your used to grass tracks.

Balders has a couple under Swansea WRCA as well taken from the other side of the track - Swansea club borrowed the Saundersfoot track for that day.

Well according to the WRCA website there are 26places booked so far:thumbsup:

peetbee 21-03-2012 09:52 AM

So far (and bearing in mind this does include some people doing 2 classes) we have:
16 x 2wd
11 x 4wd
3 x Truck

BTW Griff, your name doesn't seem to be on there yet!

Please please can you put all your details in when entering, it all helps speed up booking in on the day and makes the organiser's life a lot easier.
If you haven't put all your details in, you can edit your entry, so please do so.
Many thanks

GRIFF55 21-03-2012 06:09 PM
