Track looks technical rather than "air-time".

Nice one Phil, track looks far more sensible this time!! That quad last year was a joke from what Lee told me, even if you got it right the wind could just blow your car off line anyway lol

markwilliamson2001 13-03-2008 02:47 PM

yeah track looks cool, although I reckon the double and bombhole looks cool!

footey 13-03-2008 02:59 PM

Body Paint 13-03-2008 02:59 PM

Writing from the track, about 12:30 on Thursday.

Cragg, Martin, Bradders, Truman. Also Hupo (Driving X - 6 & 60), Peter, and Jorn. Gerd is here wrenching for Jorn.

Full Japanese teams, with Masami & Hayato. Teams from Yokomo, Tamiya, Kyosho, Hot Bodies.

And all the usual US suspects, Ryan, Ryan, Jared, Mike, Billy, Jesse, Travis, and a certian BK.

Track is just dialled -- no giant jumps like last year, but a good folwing track that will give your Brits a good test and will be extremely competitive.

We'll be posting words & pix shortly on our sites.

When does practise start? liverc isn't showing results yet.

Tell Jörn he's missing crap weather and rebuilding his offroad track back home this saturday... I know where I'd rather be :woot:

Is it FTD or R by R?

Lee 15-03-2008 10:08 AM

I would imagine RBR as the grip comes and goes so much during the day:thumbsup:

Cockerill 15-03-2008 10:08 AM

Its Round by Round, I think the list JCJC posted is the top 10 quickest times from both rounds though so isn't the actual to 10.

Yes I think you are right, I just took em from the TQ list, should have looked closer.

James 15-03-2008 06:32 PM

How ace is LiveRC, never used it before :thumbsup: , will it be used at the NEO ?

woOdy 15-03-2008 09:20 PM

Lee Martin has just put TQ in. WOW. Well done mate.

Mossy 15-03-2008 10:02 PM

Pidge says he's well chuffed. One small mistake in his run but still really happy. He said he was only about a second behind Masami before Masami crashed, so he's proper on the pace!

He's already got a 3 to go with the 1, so looks like he'll be a pretty big factor in the A.

tony6187 15-03-2008 10:04 PM

ANYONE ELSE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE RCLIVE WEBSITE,I JUST KEEP GETTING "UNABLE TO CONNECT":( HAVE USED THE WEBSITE B4 WITHOUT PROBLEM

bender 16-03-2008 10:06 AM

Are Yokomo running their new shaft-drive prototype?

Mossy 16-03-2008 10:53 AM

Pidge has qualified 3rd in 4wd. Spoke to him a while ago. Was tq'ing the last round until interference on the last lap cost him a time and put him behind Massami.

He is tied on points with Cav, Neil is BQ in 4wd but in the A in 2wd.

Having a weekend off. Only had 1 weekend off over winter. WOW. Never done that before. Must be up for it this year or something. Just like getting back to the B4 and the B44 feels cool.

Where have you heard that ?

JBL 16-03-2008 01:06 PM

Unfortunately the Stotfold meeting was cancelled this morning. The track was heavily water-logged. It has been my first cancellation for ages. Settling back now to watch the re-run of the grand prix.

footey 16-03-2008 01:23 PM

when is the finals starting at the classic
