Hi Mike.

Looking at the results it says at the top of the table ' 2 out of 4 to count '

Has it been changed?

Edit : Oops. Getting confused.com. So it's 2 out of 4 rounds that count on the day and 3 out of 4 rounds that count from the winter series.

Well ive had my fill of indoor racing, time for some outdoor running this weekend, who's coming? Can't decide whether to run 2 or 4 or both:confused:

Look forwar to seeing everyone for a great meeting.

Can everyone keep an eye on thread a we are trying to find a new source of mobile caterers, the old one we have been using has given up food catering and are selling van.

So please be prepared for bringing your own food

Hopefully we might have some positive news at some point

If its not fair weather then probably not as simon admits 'we're just fair weather racers' lol.

makinwaves 19-01-2012 03:59 PM

Sorry guys, we're not racing this weekend. Simon is helping me fix my fence which blew down last week.

However if anyone has any specific items they require i'm sure we can pop over after the fence is complete.

Do an order through the shop and i'm sure we'll be able to come over Sunday.

Hope that helps out a bit.

Racing

Really enjoyed racing today, the durango seemed to be quite planted even though I had issues with rear end breakages.

Just like to say thanks to Chris who gave me the spares to continue racing for the rest of the day:thumbsup:

TARTMAN 22-01-2012 08:55 PM

great day

Your rango was mega rapid today mate. Enjoyed pitting next to you.

Seemed a major strip/rebuild for a minor looking part....
Glad you got it fixed, i asume the upgraded rear end is next on ya list.

I had a blinder, qualified pole in the B 4wd, did a 4 and a 5th, then a 1st, 2nd overall.

GREAT DAY.
Cheers torch, as usual, great racing, banter and fun!
shame you didnt run the SC with the 5 we had there.:confused:

Darren, we would love to race SC but with only 5 in attendence this would only create more marshalling issues with only 5 SC covering another race. Also with the added chance of losing 3 leg finals and only having 2. Fully supportive of having a short course but we would prefer a full heat that offers challenging racing....if the numbers increase to above 10 we can facilitate up to 12 on the rostrum. At the moment SC is seen as a bit of fun and not a championship class. This needs to change to secure the long term chance of emdedding the class. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks Sreve

Ditto - it's an awesome car :)

3 RB5 Vega's there today with one taking the overall win.

I believe the Team Xtreme / Kyosho crew will be visiting us over 2012.

TARTMAN 22-01-2012 09:34 PM

yes yes

i understand, we are trying,we at SHRCCC will be promoting it, hope you guys do as well(please do, inter club comp?). YES its fun, but i feel there is a total gap that the SC can fill in comp truck racing... lets get it going and make it happen, PLEEEASE!!! Me and dudders love it and a few today are the same.... so, if there is 6 or more it happens at torch! well, come on guys get a SC and have some fun, and race to!!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
